DMCA Copyright Policy

World is One Tribe ("Service") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

1. Information for Copyright Owners

If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notice containing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including the specific URL).
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
• A statement of "good faith belief" that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate.

2. Counter-Notification (Your Right to Dispute)

If your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice. This must include your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to misidentification. You must also consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, World is One Tribe has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or commenters who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the Service for any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
